Standard Venue Rental Pricing Includes:

   - Up to 100 Clear Chiavari Chairs

   - 15 60 Inch Round Tables

   - 6 Rectangular 6ft Tables

   - 4 High Boy Cocktail Tables 

   - Valet Parking (for up to 100 guests). higher guest count requires additional valet fee

   - Use of our Intimate Courtyard Space w/ Bistro/Fairy Lights

   - Gorgeous Wedding Suite #1 

   - Luxurious Wedding Suite #2

   - Prep Kitchen

 

*8 Hour Rental (Standard Rental) 

(up to 5 hour actual event time with remaining 3 hours dedicated to setup and breakdown/cleanup)

Friday, Sunday ----- $5950 

Mon-Thursday ----- $5550

(Holidays and holiday weekends are rented at a higher rate)

*12 Hour Rental (Standard Rental)

(up to 6 hour actual event time with remaining 6 hours dedicated to setup and breakdown/cleanup)

Friday, Sunday ----- $6950 

Mon-Thursday ----- $6350

All venue rentals includes use of the entire building including intimate courtyard area. Rental fees are based on a total of 8 hrs of rental (or 12 hours if 12 hour package is purchased). Additional event time may be available at a cost of $450.00 per hour. There is no additional fee for the wedding ceremony. Venue rental fee is inclusive of 8hr or 12hr rental and can be used how you see fit. (Ceremony + Reception + Set Up + Breakdown/Clean up = 8 hour venue rental). Example: 2 hour set up, 5 hour event time and 1 hour cleanup. Additional hours can be purchased. Any event time over 5 hours or over 100 guests will incur additional valet cost (cost to be determined by the number of hours over the allotted 5 hour event time)

Sub all 3 House Beers for 3 craft --- additional $5.00++ per guest

Upgrade Wines:

Select 4 of the following to replace house wines:

All per person Bars include the following non-alcoholic beverages/mixers:
Coke, Sprite, Diet Coke, Ginger Ale, Tonic Water, Soda Water, Orange Juice, Cranberry

Juice, Grapefruit Juice and Bottled Water as well as garnishes, glassware and ice
